The group leader making a booking on behalf of others is responsible for sharing these Terms and is financially responsible for the entire reservation.

ELIGIBILITY. You represent that you are of legal age and authorized to make travel arrangements on behalf of yourself and/or others in your group. You affirm that all information provided to VacationsToPoints.com is accurate and truthful.

AGENCY RELATIONSHIP. VacationsToPoints.com acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and Suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties. We are not liable for any issues arising from the actions or failures of these Suppliers. You are responsible for understanding and accepting their individual terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS. Once your travel itinerary has been finalized, payment must be made in accordance with the terms laid out in your invoice. Some bookings may require deposits or full payment up front. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable fees. Our planning services may include non-refundable service fees.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Supplier policies. VacationsToPoints.com may also charge a cancellation fee at its discretion. Any changes to bookings may incur fees from both us and the Supplier. If you are entitled to a refund from a Supplier, we will facilitate the process but are not responsible for the outcome.

AIR TRAVEL. VacationsToPoints.com assists with flight bookings only as part of a travel package. Your contract for airfare is with the airline, and airline terms and policies apply. We are not liable for delays, baggage fees, or cancellations. You are advised to reconfirm your flight and arrive at the airport early.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Check with the appropriate government websites for up-to-date entry requirements and documentation regulations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may provide protection in cases of trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unexpected events. We do not provide insurance but can refer you to trusted providers.

VacationsToPoints.com is not responsible for any disruptions to your travel plans caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation disruptions. Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances unless provided by the Supplier.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Travel involves certain inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept those risks, including those related to transportation, health, and Supplier performance.

CONDUCT. You agree to act responsibly and follow all rules set by travel providers. We and our partners reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest causing disruption without refund.
